Ownership: Depending on the service package you use, ownership of the AI-generated images will follow the specific rules outlined within the application.

Product Search: Homevibe provides a feature to search for products from Amazon to suggest for your space.

License to Homevibe: By posting Content to the Homevibe community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute that Content on and through the Service (e.g., displaying your decor videos to other users).
Prohibited Content: You must not upload content that:
Infringes on the copyrights of others.
Contains pornographic, violent, hateful, or illegal material.
Is unauthorized spam or advertising. We reserve the right to remove any content violating these terms without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Homevibe and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Subscriptions and Payments (If applicable)
If the app includes Subscriptions or In-app Purchases, payments will be processed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Homevibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any third-party content on the Service (including products from Amazon); (iii) any content generated by the AI feature.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
