• Videos: Videos (guides or space shares) that you upload to the Community section.

We may automatically collect information such as device type, operating system, and how you interact with the app (e.g., which features are used most often) to improve the user experience.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: Processing your images using AI technology to generate design suggestions.

• Community Features: Displaying your name, photos, and videos to other users in the Community section (if you choose to share publicly).

• Product Search: Supporting the Amazon product search feature with relevant interior design suggestions.

• App Improvement: Analyzing data to enhance our AI algorithms and user interface.

• Image Processing: Images you upload for the "Generate Photo" feature will be sent to our AI processing servers or AI partners.

• Storage: We may temporarily or permanently store the input images and output results, so you can review them in your "Design History," unless you delete them.

5. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access and Correction: You can view and edit your personal information in the Account Settings section.

• Account Deletion: In accordance with Apple App Store regulations, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this directly within the app settings or by submitting a request to info@aihomevibe.com. Upon account deletion, all photos, videos, and personal information will be permanently removed from our system.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Homevibe is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover this, we will delete the data immediately.
