HomeVibe AI respects your privacy and complies with global platform policies including Meta Platform Policy, Apple App Store Guidelines, and Google Play Data Safety requirements.

This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can request deletion of your data at any time.

Depending on how you use HomeVibe AI, we may collect the following categories of data:

2.1. Data collected via Facebook Login

  • Public profile (name, profile ID, profile picture)

  • Email address (if granted)

  • App-scoped user ID required for account login

  • Event data (app opens, interactions, conversions)

2.2. Data collected inside the app

  • Device information (model, OS version)

  • Usage analytics (events, interactions, error logs)

  • Uploaded room photos for AI rendering (processed in real time, not stored permanently unless you save your designs)

2.3. Data we do NOT collect

  • No sensitive data (biometric, health, financial)

  • No GPS-level location

  • No contacts or photos outside the images you voluntarily upload for AI design

  1. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.
App Account Deletion Flow
If your device has the in-app account deletion feature:

  • Open HomeVibe AI

  • Go to Account → Setting → Delete Account

  • Confirm deletion

This will immediately initiate data removal from our servers.

  1. What Happens After Data Deletion

When you request deletion:

  • Your personal identifiers (name, email, Facebook app-scoped ID) are erased

  • Any saved AI designs linked to your account are deleted

  • Analytical event history is anonymized and cannot be tied to you

  • Access to the app using those credentials will be revoked

We DO NOT keep backups of your personal data after deletion is processed.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for:

  • Login and authentication

  • Providing app features

  • Legal compliance (if applicable)

If your account is inactive for 12 months, all personal data will be automatically removed.
